Semi-permanent make up is an exciting cosmetic treatment in which carefully applied pigment is placed in the dermal layer of the skin. The pigment is natural Iron Oxide which is hypo-allergenic with no fragrances or other ingredients added. Semi-permanent make up is now also commonly used to help with medical problems particularly in the fields of Dermatology and to treat the effects of Cancer therapy.

When used cosmetically there are virtually no limits to the choice of available colours and results can last for up to five years. Semi-permanent make up will eliminate the need to apply, reapply and remove your make up on a daily basis.

Eyeliner: a fine line can be applied to add depth and definition to eyes. This also gives the impression of thicker lashes with enhanced colour.

Eyebrows: For eye brows which are sparse from plucking, naturally thin or light, semi-permanent make up can add depth and definition.

Lip Colour: Lip liner and full lip colour can reshape lips and increase fullness. It can prevent lipstick from bleeding. You can choose a colour, either subtle or dramatic, to suit your lifestyle.

Medical Problems: The Step-Back Clinic uses Semi-permanent make up to mask blemishes and discolourations of the skin, to hide scars and to replace pigment loss in conditions such as vitiligo.
